Laurynas, alias Sabalys (Laurencius alias Sobol), together with his wife El■bieta and children donate the annual tribute of 10 barrels of rye, one pig and a barrel of peas to the Franciscan Monastery in Vilnius.
There are three letters written on the inner part of the plica (most probably, the initials of the scribe): P.D.O.
The seal is missing. It was attached with a parchment strip. Three cuts for the strip are made in the parchment.
